Jen Smith

Jen Smith has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Jen began their career as a Store Manager at Crate & Barrel in 1994 and transitioned to become an Area Manager in 2005. As an Area Manager, they were responsible for overseeing multiple retail stores in the mid-Atlantic region, focusing on sales, customer service, operations, merchandising, and associate development. In 2018, Jen joined Aj's Ski & Sports as a Softgoods Manager before moving on to become the VP of Retail at Simon Pearce in 2019.

Jen Smith attended Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School from 1986 to 1990. After completing high school, they enrolled at Villanova University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French, graduating in the year 1994.
