Caleb Roots

Caleb Roots, MSA, currently serves as a Staff Auditor II at Simon Property Group since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Accountant and Financial Management Analyst at DFAS from April 2023 to September 2025 and a brief stint as a Laborer (Stocker) at ARMY & AIRFORCE EXCHANGE SERVICE - AAFES in March 2023. Roots has also worked in various capacities within the brewing industry, including Assistant Brewer and Brewer at Guggman Haus Brewing Co. and Sun King Brewery & Spirits, respectively. Before entering the brewing sector, Caleb held positions such as Administrative Assistant II at Eli Lilly and Company and Military Police Officer in the United States Army. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, along with an Associate of Science in Accounting and a Master Brewers Certificate in Brewing Science & Brewery Engineering.
