Keri Gilbert

Keri Gilbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payment services, operations management, and billing operations. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Simon Property Group since January 2020, Keri is responsible for auditing and quality control for Accounts Payable, handling payment inquiries for global mall properties, and managing tax withholdings in the General Ledger. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Jeff Paxson Team, where qualitative and quantitative metrics were established to enhance operational efficiency, and Project Manager at DEEM, LLC, managing customer accounts related to various service calls.
