Ryan Holtz

Ryan Holtz is an experienced executive in the retail leasing sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Leasing for Premium Outlets at Simon Property Group since October 2015. In this role, Ryan manages leasing operations for the Simon Northeast region, encompassing 13 regional malls across New York, New Jersey, and Delaware. Previously, Ryan held multiple leasing positions at Simon, including Senior Vice President and Vice President. Prior to Simon, Ryan worked as Senior Leasing Director at Rouse Properties, overseeing national leasing for several malls, and as Real Estate Manager at Aeropostale, Inc., where the focus was on growth strategy for a tween concept. Education includes an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Analysis from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University.
