Wayne Chubb

Wayne Chubb is a senior manager in design at Simon Property Group since January 2022. Previously, Wayne held the position of senior vice president at Hobbs+Black Architects from May 2000 to January 2022. Wayne also worked as an adjunct design instructor at the University of Detroit Mercy from August 2005 to December 2007. Wayne holds a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, obtained in 2002, and a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree earned in 2000 from the same institution.
