Wayne Moore

Wayne Moore is an experienced construction and operations professional with a robust background in overseeing residential and commercial projects. Currently serving as the Area Construction Manager at Dream Finders Homes since May 2018, Wayne manages the construction of approximately 150 homes and leads a team of eight superintendents across multiple communities. Wayne's extensive career includes roles such as Director of Operations at WP Glimcher and Operations Director at Simon Property Group, where operational oversight encompassed over 1.2 million square feet of retail space. Previous positions at Construction Management Plus, Williams & Rowe Company, Ryland Homes, Toll Brothers, Morrison Homes, and Taylor Woodrow Homes contributed to significant business development and project management successes. Wayne holds a BA in Construction Management/Business from the University of North Florida.
