Caitlin Morrow

Caitlin Morrow is an experienced sales professional in the publishing industry, currently serving as Sales Manager in Special Markets at Simon & Schuster since May 2021, after progressing from Assistant Manager in the same division. Prior to this role, Caitlin held various positions at Macmillan from February 2016 to April 2021, including Special Sales Associate and Special Markets Coordinator. Caitlin has also contributed to the Women's National Book Association as National Membership Chair and has experience as an NGO Youth Representative at the United Nations, where responsibilities included collaborating with UN representatives and reporting on activities. Early career experiences encompass roles at UNIQLO as a Sales Associate, internships at Regan Arts and Fuse Literary, and a summer internship with the Independent Publishers of New England. Caitlin holds a Master’s Degree in Publishing from Pace University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and English Literature from Elmira College.
