Dan Ruffino

Dan Ruffino is the current Managing Director of Simon & Schuster Australia. Prior to this, they were a Marketing & Communications, Advertising & Digital Strategy Consultant for their own consultancy from February 2012 to December 2014. Before that, they were the Global Digital Director for Penguin Group USA from September 2010 to December 2011.

Ruffino started their career in 1989 as a Sales Representative for Pan Macmillan Australia. Dan then became the Consumer Marketing Manager for the company from 1995 to 2000. In 2001, they moved to Penguin Books Australia as the Marketing & Publicity Director, a position they held until 2010 when they took on the role of Global Digital Director for Penguin Group USA.

Dan Ruffino works with Liz Perl - Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Adam Rothberg - Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, and David Snow - VP, Human Resources. Their manager is Jonathan Karp, President and CEO, Simon & Schuster, Inc..
