Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Penguin Random House from January 2006 to September 2020, where Doris held various leadership roles, including SVP, Editor-in-Chief of Clarkson Potter, and played a crucial role in transforming the imprint into a leading lifestyle publisher with numerous bestsellers. Doris's earlier career includes positions as Senior Editor at Simon & Schuster and editorial roles at HarperCollins Publishers, complemented by a BA in English from Smith College and continuing education at INSEAD.
