Karyn Lee

Karyn Lee is a seasoned designer and illustrator with extensive experience in the publishing and graphic design industries. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Simon & Schuster since October 2018, Karyn has progressed from Junior Designer to Designer during tenure. Karyn has also been a Freelance Illustrator since 2015, creating work for various private commissioners and notable publications, including The New York Times. Previous roles include Graphic Designer for Four Seas Players Inc, where Karyn designed graphics for multi-language promotional materials, and a Freelance Illustrator for Curriculum Associates. Early career experience includes positions as a Graphic Designer at Schneps Communications and as a Sales Associate at UNIQLO. Karyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design with a concentration in Illustration from Pratt Institute, as well as a background in Digital Art and Design from Bayside High School and a Pre-College program in Cartooning at the School of Visual Arts.
