Leora Bernstein

Leora Bernstein is a seasoned National Account Manager with extensive experience in the publishing industry, currently working at Simon & Schuster since May 2017. In this role, Leora manages sales to major retailers such as Target and airport retailers. Prior positions include National Accounts Manager at Top Shelf Liaison and experience with Ingram/Baker & Taylor, as well as sales management for over 80 independent bookstores in the southeast as a Telephone Sales Manager. Previous roles at Macmillan, Simon and Schuster Atria, and Bloomsbury Children's Books provided a strong foundation in editorial management and sales support. Leora also has a background in performing arts, having worked as an actress at Theatreworks USA and as a student accompanist at Boston Conservatory. Leora holds an MFA in Musical Theatre from Boston Conservatory and a B.A. in Musical Theatre from SUNY Geneseo, along with a certificate in Publishing from the Columbia Publishing Course.
