Currently serving as Vice President and Principal at BTS, Pamela focuses on enhancing leaders' capabilities in high-stakes environments. As a best-selling author of "The Leader’s Guide to Unconscious Bias," Pamela's work has received notable recognition, including being a runner-up for the Porchlight Business Book Award and selling over 75,000 copies globally. Previous roles include Area Vice President of Sales at BetterUp, where personalized coaching is prioritized, and Regional Vice President of Sales at FranklinCovey, where significant contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives resulted in substantial revenue growth. Pamela holds a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
