Richard Doetsch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate management and writing. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Hudson Valley Property Group since February 2020, Richard has also been a bestselling author with Atria/Simon & Schuster since January 2005. Prior to this, Richard held significant leadership roles including CEO at C&C Management, where operations of approximately 15,000 residential units were managed, and Managing Partner at The Tridiem Group, overseeing property acquisitions. Additional experience includes serving as President of WRMC Inc., Managing Director at Insignia, and Director of Management at Douglas Elliman - Gibbons & Ives. Richard holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Marist University.
