Ryan Chapman

Ryan Chapman is an accomplished educator and author with extensive experience in the literary field. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor in English at Vassar College and a Visiting Professor at Sewanee School of Letters, Chapman teaches fiction workshops and literature courses. As a Novelist, "Riots I Have Known," received critical acclaim, being recognized as an Amazon Best Book of the Month and an Apple Book of the Month. Additional roles include Book Editor and Manuscript Consultant, providing editing services for literary fiction. With previous experience as Director of Online Editorial and Audience Development at BOMB Magazine and an advertising consultant for PEN America, Ryan has contributed significantly to marketing and digital initiatives in the literary community. Educational background includes a B.A. in English and French from the University of Puget Sound.
