Anna Plumly has extensive work experience in the customer relations and insurance industries. Anna started their career in 2007 as a Communications Specialist at Vahey Insurance Company, where they excelled in telephone solicitation and appointment setting. In 2012, they joined Simon & Simon, PC as a Receptionist, handling calls, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments. Anna then served as a Case Manager, ensuring client satisfaction by providing information and resolving issues. Anna later became the Manager of Customer Relations, overseeing multiple teams and collaborating with the COO to meet business objectives. Anna most recently held the position of Customer Relations Director within the Settlement Department, utilizing their leadership abilities to optimize operational processes and enhance customer experience.
Anna Plumly earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Prior to their university education, they obtained their High School Diploma from Abington Friends School in 2007. In addition to their formal education, Anna also obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification certification from Google in March 2021.
