Olivia McCarthy

Olivia McCarthy is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Litigation Administrative Assistant at Simon & Simon, PC since July 2022. Prior to this role, Olivia was a Legal Assistant Paralegal at Kimball Law from August 2021 to March 2022. Olivia's academic background includes a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Liberty University and an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Acadia University. At Acadia University, Olivia also served as a Writing Center Tutor, providing mentorship in writing, and conducted honours research on the intersection of environmental law, politics, and biodiversity. Additionally, Olivia held the position of VP Communications on the House Council Executive and worked as a Receptionist at Mount Desert Campground. Currently, Olivia is pursuing a Doctor of Law and Policy at Liberty University, focusing on American law and legal studies.
