Casey Turcato

Casey Turcato has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2007, Casey worked at Great Lakes Airlines as a Human Resources Coordinator before being promoted to Director of Human Resources/Anti-Drug and Alcohol Program Manager. In 2013, Casey joined The State of Idaho as a Sr. Human Resources Specialist/HR Consultant and later moved to Wyoming Machinery Company as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2016, Casey worked briefly at EchoStar Corporation as a Human Resources Generalist before joining Simon as an HR Business Partner. Casey is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Simon.

Casey Turcato received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management from the University of Wyoming College of Business, completing the program from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Casey pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the same institution. In terms of certifications, Casey obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute in January 2010. In January 2015, Casey achieved the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, in May 2017, Casey became a Crucial Conversations Trainer certified by VitalSmarts. Finally, in December 2021, Casey obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
