Jake Hepp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the mining and construction industry. Currently serving as a Regional Manager and Aggregate Manager at Simon since November 2019, Jake previously held the position of Division Manager at Melgaard Construction, overseeing comprehensive aggregate operations across South/Central Wyoming. With a strong background in production management, Jake led a 24-hour Frac sand mine at Preferred and contributed to the operations of multiple sand and gravel sites at Aggregate Industries US. Early career roles included heavy equipment operation and project management at Crazy Woman Construction LLC, as well as internships at Peabody Energy and the Wyoming Department of Transportation, where skills in engineering and construction were developed.
