Joel Nielsen

Joel Nielsen currently serves as the multiple plants superintendent at Simon Contractors since April 2020, overseeing plant operations. Prior experience includes working as a lead electronics technician at C&J Energy Services from January 2017 to April 2020 and as an electronics technician at Schlumberger from November 2010 to May 2016, where responsibilities included performing maintenance and rebuilds on various equipment. Joel Nielsen also held plant manager positions at Simon Contractors from February 2008 to July 2011 and at Ajax Paving Industries of Florida LLC from March 2001 to March 2008, focusing on quality control and safety in asphalt and concrete production. Education includes attendance at Sioux City East High School.
