Dean Li is the CEO of Techniform Industries USA and the CEO of SIMONA Boltaron. They are the owner of Boltaron Performance Product and the president and owner of Boltaron Performance Products LLC. They earned a PhD in Polymer from Université Laval (1992–2005).
