John Eicher

John Eicher is an experienced professional in commercial real estate development and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Research, Analytics & Acquisitions and Development at Simone Development Companies since December 2020, John focuses on multifamily and commercial projects. Previously, John worked as an Associate at Farrell Ram Capital, contributing to various ground-up multifamily developments, and held multiple roles at IAC in corporate FP&A. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Binghamton University and completed a Commercial Real Estate Certificate at Cornell University. Additionally, John studied at The University of Edinburgh.
