Kevin Murphy is a seasoned property management professional, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Property Management at Simone Development Companies and previously held the same title at RXR. With extensive experience overseeing a large team, Kevin has managed all aspects of property operations, including acquisitions, budgets, and compliance. Additionally, Kevin serves as a Board Member and Secretary for BOMA Long Island since 2007, demonstrating a commitment to the industry. Kevin also held the role of Facilities Manager at Kellenberg Memorial High School from 2005 to 2007. Kevin is continuing education at Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus.
