Mark Rubin

Mark Rubin began their career in finance at Emmes Asset Management Co. in 1998 as a Portfolio Controller. In January 2002, they joined Simone Development Companies as Director of Accounting and was promoted to CFO in December 2006. Mark has been with Simone Development ever since.

Mark Rubin has a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College and an ABA in Business Administration from Queensborough Community College.

Mark Rubin reports to Joe Simone, President. Mark Rubin works with Emily Cordova Rubow - Director, HR, Bill Mooney - Director, Community & Institutional Relationships, and Danielle Contillo - Principal.
