Matthew Holst, AIA, MBA, LEED AP, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Simone Development Companies since June 2022, where the focus is on transforming underutilized properties into successful real estate developments in the greater New York metropolitan area. Previously, Holst held the position of Chief Real Estate Officer at @Ease Hospitality, integrating biophilic and sustainable design principles into innovative work environments. Holst's extensive experience includes serving as Managing Director at Fisher Brothers overseeing a 6.5 million square foot portfolio, and as Senior Vice President of Architecture and Leasing at SL Green Realty Corp., managing architectural services for a 49 million square foot portfolio. Holst began professional architectural work as a Senior Associate at Fletcher Thompson and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
