Sean Heneghan

Sean Heneghan has extensive experience in real estate law, with a focus on negotiating, structuring, and documenting real estate transactions. Sean has worked at Simone Development Companies as Assistant General Counsel and Real Estate Counsel. Prior to that, Sean was an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP, where Sean represented major investment banks, lenders, and real estate investment firms. Sean also has experience in legal research and pre-trial preparation from their time as a Research Assistant at Fordham University School of Law and as a Legal Intern at OTA Management LLC and Marcote and Associates. Additionally, Sean has a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing from Providence College.
