William Ormond

William Ormond is currently the Controller for Hutchinson Metro Center at Simone Development. Prior to that, they were a Finance Manager for Cushman & Wakefield from October 2001 to March 2006. In that role, they were responsible for a diverse portfolio of office towers in midtown and downtown Manhattan, ranging in size from 500 k to 1000 k rental square feet facilities. William was also the financial team leader for a group of five accountants / financial professionals.

William Ormond's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Manhattan College, as well as a computer certification in Unix Administrative / Unix Core Shell C and C++ programming from Pace University.

They are on a team with and Karen Traversa - VP, Accounting. Their manager is Mark Rubin, CFO.
