Roxanne Delaney

Roxanne Delaney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and evaluation within non-profit and academic sectors. Currently serving as Vice President for Special Projects and International Relationships at Simons Foundation since August 2018, Roxanne previously held the position of Assistant Vice President, assisting in the operations of the President's office. Prior roles include Associate Director for Policy and Evaluation at Phipps Neighborhoods, where leadership of a content expert team and management of an organization-wide evaluation plan were key responsibilities. Roxanne also contributed to significant projects as a Policy and Evaluation Specialist and as a Special Assistant to the Executive Director at the same organization. Additional experience includes roles at Campaign for Children, Single Stop USA, and Human Resources Administration. Roxanne holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from New York University.
