Karsten Diedrichs

Karsten Diedrichs is the Head of Group Industrial Engineering at SIMONSWERK GmbH, with extensive experience in implementing LEAN and KAIZEN measures in international contexts, particularly across Southern and Eastern Europe, Turkey, Dubai, India, South Africa, and Poland. They have 5.5 years of experience in this field and 1.5 years in international program management, focusing on the sustainable integration of continuous improvement philosophies and employee training. Prior to their current role, Karsten held various positions at DORMA and Reflex Winkelmann GmbH, where they developed and implemented LEAN systems and fostered a LEAN culture within organizations. Karsten obtained a degree in Business Informatics with a focus on Logistics from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and completed a KAIZEN Manager certification from the KAIZEN Institute.
