Roger Smith

Roger Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and production within the glass and windows industry. Since April 2001, Roger has served as Group Lead at Simonton Windows & Doors, focusing on coaching and leadership for the New Construction Line. Prior to this, Roger held the position of Foreman and Production Associate at Mid-Atlantic Glass from October 1980 to June 2000, where responsibilities included training and supervising staff. Roger's educational achievements include a Global Entrepreneurship Certificate from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Business Communication Certificate from USC Marshall School of Business, along with multiple degrees in Occupational Development and Advanced Leadership from West Virginia University at Parkersburg. Roger also holds a high school diploma from Williamstown High School.
