Teryna Scheile

Teryna Scheile has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Teryna most recently served as the National Executive Director of Recruiting for SIMOS Insourcing Solutions, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to that, they were the Regional Director of Recruiting for the same company from November 2015 to February 2020.

Before joining SIMOS Insourcing Solutions, Teryna worked as the Staffing Augmentation Division Director - National Professional Services at Goodman Networks from August 2013 to November 2015. Teryna also served as the DFW Regional Manager at Intermountain Staffing from April 2012 to August 2013.

Earlier in their career, Teryna held the position of Human Resources Director- West Coast Facility at Quidsi Inc. from May 2010 to October 2011. Teryna was also the Director of Staffing and Business Development at AccuStaff from May 2009 to May 2010.

Teryna has leadership experience in the healthcare industry as well, having served as the Executive Director / Administrator at Park Place Assisted Living from January 2007 to April 2009. Teryna started their career at SEEK Careers/Staffing, where they worked as the Regional Director of Sales and Operations from January 2004 to January 2007.

Teryna Scheile attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Music Education and Business Administration. Teryna then completed a certification in Real Estate and Appraisal at the Dan Lalli School of Real Estate. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Leading Culture Change in Your Team," "The Secret: What Great Leaders Know and Do (getAbstract Summary)," "How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority," and "Managing High Potentials," all obtained through LinkedIn. Teryna also holds a CSP Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association.
