Ellen Maher

Ellen Maher is a Talent Acquisition Specialist currently employed at SimoTech since May 2025, previously serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Fiserv from February 2022 to May 2025. At Fiserv, a global fintech and payments company, Ellen contributed to employee engagement initiatives and negotiated talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, Ellen led the Women’s Impact Network in Ireland and has experience as an International Executive Search Consultant at Dynamis Consultancy and JordanSheppard. Educationally, Ellen holds a Master of Science in Work & Organisational Psychology/Work & Organisational Behaviour from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Waterford Institute of Technology.
