Frank Eich

Frank Eich is a seasoned supply chain and logistics consultant with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Consultant at Simpactful since February 2019, Frank also founded and is the CEO of FJ Eich & Associates, providing supply network consulting services with a notable focus on transportation policies and supply network re-invention for a major CPG company. Previously, Frank held the position of Sr Logistics Manager for the Pringles brand at Kellogg Company, where responsibilities included integrating distribution networks and managing customer-facing supply chain initiatives. A significant part of Frank's career was spent at Procter & Gamble, where roles included Supply Chain Manager, leading various Efficient Consumer Response initiatives, and Manufacturing Manager, overseeing different aspects of production. Frank began their professional journey as a Captain in the US Army, serving as a Field Artillery Officer. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Ball State University.
