Helen Siqueira possesses extensive experience in compliance, having held multiple roles at Simpar from August 2024, including Senior Compliance Analyst, Mid-level Compliance Analyst, and Junior Compliance Analyst. Key responsibilities included managing whistleblower channels, conducting investigations, performing Due Diligence on critical suppliers and clients, and supporting donation and sponsorship processes. Prior to her tenure at Simpar, Helen accumulated valuable experience at Neobpo from May 2009 to June 2014 in roles such as Telemarketing Attendant, HR Assistant, and Administrative Assistant in Human Resources, where tasks ranged from managing the hiring and termination processes to employee benefit inquiries.
