Raphaela Castro

Raphaela Castro holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources: Labor Routines and Calculations from Universidade Mogi das Cruzes. Previously, Raphaela gained experience as an Analyst in Contract and Benefits Management at Simpar and worked in various roles within Human Resources at Mauser, including as an Assistant and Intern. They have expertise in payroll processing, benefits management, and compliance with labor laws, and are certified as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Raphaela has also completed various relevant training programs enhancing their skills in labor calculations and HR management.
