Eric Crider

Eric Crider is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Support Escalation Engineer at Simpatico Systems since May 2022. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Data Center Engineer at Cobham, specializing in virtual and hardware infrastructure, particularly with VMWare, Hyper-V, Cisco UCS Blades, and EMC VNX Storage. Eric’s extensive background includes a role as a Systems Integration Senior Analyst at NTT Data Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing a large healthcare client base, troubleshooting Windows Server environments, and optimizing Microsoft SQL databases. Earlier experience includes roles as a Website Manager at Choate Professional Communications and as a Pest Control Technician at Berrett Pest Control. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University and an Associate of Arts from Collin County Community College. Fluency in Spanish was developed during a full-time missionary service in Ecuador.
