Ari Davis

Ari Davis, MBA, is a seasoned entrepreneur and operations expert with a diverse background in the food and biotech industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Simpla Foods since October 2020, Ari has a passion for clean plant-based yogurt options, inspired by experiences in New Zealand. In addition, Ari has held the role of Operations Manager at Hockley General Store, overseeing organic food product offerings. Previous experience includes Senior Project Manager at Quantgene, where Ari contributed to a biotech startup, and Co-Founder and General Manager of The Soil Company, which successfully commercialized a NASA biotechnology for environmental remediation. Ari has also been a Board Observer for venVelo, an early-stage venture capital fund, and engaged with sustainable food systems at East End Market. Ari holds an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Rollins College.
