Simple Cocktails was launched in 2011 with the mission to educate home bartenders and home bartending hopefuls through craft cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, liquor reviews and entertaining advice.

Simple Cocktails’ founder and managing editor Greg Mays is BarSmarts certified, a top 5 blogger in Albuquerque the Magazine’s “Best of the City” for two years running, and is a contributor to other popular publications.

Greg is an experienced seminar presenter, and has given cocktail-and-cigar pairing seminars at cigar shops and cocktail conferences nationally. The Simple Cocktails team regularly attends cocktail conferences with full media credentials.
