Harshit has a diverse background in education and content development, with significant experience in mentoring and teaching. Harshit began a career in content development for mathematics at Mishmash Education Services in 2018, later serving as a subject matter expert at Acadecraft Inc. The fellowship at Teach For India involved mentoring new fellows and delivering holistic education to students in grades 6 to 10, resulting in improved student engagement. In various roles, including as a facilitation and logistics manager at Hug Your Heart and a summer institute intern at Voyage EduCare Foundation, Harshit has focused on teacher training, data analysis, and relationship building. Currently, Harshit works as an Associate in Monitoring Evaluation and Operations at Simple Education Foundation. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from South Asian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Ambedkar University, complemented by online education in data analysis.
