Scott Smith has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2002 with Monaco Coach Corp. as a Motor Coach Designer/Draftsman, where they used AutoDesk's Mechanical Desktop software to design 3D models and 2D prints of Class A motor coaches. In 2007, they took on a Website Designer role at Pensacola Christian College. From 2011 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Piedmont International University, including Graduate Faculty, Graduate Academic Advising and Registrar Assistant, and Teaching Assistant and Adjunct Teacher. Most recently, they have been working as an Associate Pastor at Grace Bible Fellowship since 2019 and a Bot Curator (Full-stack Software Engineer) at Simple Fractal since 2021.

Scott Smith's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Fine and Applied Arts from the University of Oregon, which they completed in 1994. Scott then went on to pursue a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in Bible/Biblical Studies from Pensacola Theological Seminary from 2007-2010, and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Bible Exposition from the same school from 2007-2009. In 2010, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biblical Studies, with a concentration in Systematic Theology, from Piedmont International University. Most recently, Scott Smith is currently attending App Academy to pursue a degree in Computer Software Engineering. Theireducational history began in 1985 when they graduated from Mountain View High School.
