Leah Wolfe is a seasoned professional in sustainability and education within the food industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Sustainability & Mission at Simple Mills since May 2023, Leah previously held the position of Head of Regenerative Education & Content at HowGood from June 2021 to May 2023. Leah also gained valuable experience as an intern at the NYC Department of Education, contributing to research on supply chain processes in school food.
