Brett Bone

Brett Bone has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Brett began their career as an Intern at ConocoPhillips in 2011, where they gained experience in global marketing. Brett then interned at The Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth (I-CCEW) before joining Chesapeake Energy as a Field Engineer in 2012. Brett later transitioned to a Completions Engineer role at Chesapeake Energy and worked there until 2014. In 2015, Brett had a brief stint as a Private Equity Intern at CSL Capital Management, LLC.

In 2016, Brett joined VIMA, a company focused on developing technology solutions for athletes and professionals. Brett worked in product development and stayed with the company until 2018. During the same year, they also started working at Tribune Capital as an Associate, a role they held until 2020.

Most recently, Brett has been associated with Simple Modern since 2018. Brett started as the Director of Strategic Planning and eventually became the Vice President of Strategic Planning. Simple Modern is a designer, distributor, and marketer of lifestyle products, and Brett's responsibilities involved e-commerce, wholesale, and mass retail distribution channels.

Brett Bone completed their B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Harvard Business School from 2014 to 2016.
