David Nelson

David Nelson is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with a diverse background in demand planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Currently serving as a Logistics Coordinator at Simple Modern since October 2023, David oversees order fulfillment, optimizes shipping processes, and manages inventory across a large distribution network. Previously, as a Demand Supply Planning Manager at Johnson Controls, David led strategies for new product introductions and maintained extensive forecasts for multiple manufacturing sites. David's earlier roles include Master Scheduler and Lead Production and Inventory Planner at Baker Hughes, as well as various positions at GE Oil & Gas, where David gained valuable skills in distribution management and process optimization. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
