Megan Johnson is the Director of People & Culture at Simple Modern, where they lead the organization's transition to a fully independent HR structure and implement innovative HRIS systems. With experience as a Sales Compensation Strategist at American Fidelity and various HR roles at Chaparral Energy, Total Compliance Connection, and Chesapeake Energy, they have a strong background in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Passionate about creating vibrant workplace cultures, Megan focuses on initiatives that drive meaningful change and support organizational success. They are currently pursuing their education at Oklahoma State University.
