Milana J.

Milana J. has a varied work experience. From 2017 to present, they have held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Coordinator at Simple Task LLC, Talent Manager at Career Seeker, and Practitioner at Headmade.rs. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Counsellor, Treatment Service at County prison Zrenjanin. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Scientific Researcher at the Center for Behavioral Genetics, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad.

Milana J. began their educational journey in 2009 when they attended the University of Novi Sad and obtained a Bachelor in Psychology with a focus on Methodology and Statistics of Research, Elements of Social Psychology, and Elements of Personality Psychology. Following this, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Masters in Psychology with a focus on Personality Psychology, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, and Psychotherapy in 2014. Currently, Milana J. is enrolled in the University of Novi Sad and is pursuing a PhD in Personality Psychology.
