David Leyden

David Leyden has work experience spanning over several years in various roles. David started their career at Rockwell Collins as a Computer Programmer, where they rewrote Access databases and assisted in gathering requirements for a new system. David then moved on to Banc Intranets, LLC, where they worked as a Computer Programmer, designing and maintaining a .Net-based training system and developing utility classes for handling tasks in multi-domain Active Directory environments. After that, they joined East Tennessee State University as a Programmer/Analyst 2, where they played a key role in transitioning web application development from Visual Basic to C# and MVC. David also created a back-end system for handling authentication, authorization, logging, and data access. Currently, they are working at Simple Thread as a Principal Software Engineer.

David Leyden completed their education in the field of Computer Science. David obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University from 1998 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution from 2013 to 2016.
