Michael Pratt is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in driving enterprise-wide project success. Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager at Simple Thread, Michael previously held the position of Manager for the Project Management Office at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), where leadership of a nine-member team resulted in the development of foundational project processes. Michael's career also includes operational leadership as the managing owner of multiple Jimmy John’s franchise locations and a background in writing, having contributed to automotive publications.
