Marine Simon

Head of Customer Success at Simplébo

Marine Simon has a diverse work experience in the fields of customer success, digital marketing, and retail sales. Marine most recently worked at Simplébo, starting in December 2018 as a Web Project Manager and eventually progressing to a Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, and Division Leader within the Customer Success Manager department. In July 2022, they assumed the role of Head of Customer Success. Prior to Simplébo, Marine worked as a Digital Marketing apprentice at La Centrale de Financement from November 2017 to October 2018. Marine also has experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury fashion industry, having worked at ba&sh from January 2017 to September 2017 and at Isabel Marant from September 2015 to July 2016.

Marine Simon's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Université de Caen Normandie and earned a License degree in Sciences économiques et de gestion in 2015. They then went on to attend Université Paris-Saclay from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Master 1 degree in Management stratégique.
