Zoé Rollin

Zoé Rollin has a range of work experience in the sales and hospitality industries. Zoé started their career at InterContinental Hotels Group as a Chef de rang. Zoé later worked at Hotel Le Plaza in the banquets department. In 2016, they had various roles, including Chef de rang at Sofitel and Restaurant Le Violon D'Ingres, and Assistant Maître d'hôtel at Traiteur Événementiel Olivier Théron. From 2013 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Tourism Management at Vatel International Business School. Zoé then joined Barnaby as Head of Sales/Account Manager from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Simplébo, where they started as an Inside Sales representative and later became a Senior Inside Sales - Coach Sales.

Zoé Rollin completed their Bachelor's degree in Gestion de complexes hôteliers from Vatel France between 2013 and 2016.
