James O'Brien

James O'Brien is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, business management, and administration. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Portland Gastroenterology Center since October 2022, James also owns and founded Vacationland Distributors, where responsibilities include comprehensive business management and the development of a novel business model for the craft beer industry. With significant contributions as an Advisory Board Member for SimpleCircle and previous leadership as Co-Founder and President of Vacationland Distributors, LLC., James has extensive expertise in team management, student affairs coordination at the University of Southern Maine, and various administrative roles at Northeastern University. James holds an MBA in Management and a BA in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine, coupled with a foundational high school education from Hampden Academy.
