Janske B. has extensive experience in operations and customer support management, currently serving as Operations, Customer Support and Compliance Manager at SimpledCard since June 2018. In this role, Janske is responsible for the optimization and implementation of all processes while striving for excellence in customer support. Prior to this, Janske held the position of Head of Operations at Milestone™, managing production partnerships, planning cycles, and global distribution.
